The 60-day Clarity Sprint is the place to start for all of our new roofing business clients. We'll gather necessary financial data, clean up the books, and get your business ready to grow with solid financial data.
At the end of the Clarity Sprint, we'll meet with your team and determine the three biggest actions you can take to increase your profits, manage your cash flow, and take more money home as a business owner.
Financial Stewardship
Once you’ve completed your onboarding via the Client Portal, we’re ready to take over!
We will commence monthly service delivery per the scope of your service tier.
