Join us on a Discovery Call so we can learn about your business, industry and pain points.
After the call, we will email you a proposal with 2-3 engagement options.
When we’ve reached an agreement, your first month will be charged, and we’ll set you up on our Client Portal.
Then, you will meet your Account Manager on an Onboarding Call.
There, your Account Manager will review your current processes and make a plan to integrate with — and improve — those processes.
Once you’ve completed your onboarding via the Client Portal, we’re ready to take over!
We will commence monthly service delivery per the scope of your service tier.
At this stage, we treat your company as if it were our own. We are your partners in finance, and your success is our business!
The Client Portal* serves as our joint command center. During the onboarding phase, you will use the portal to link assets and resources, upload your most recent tax return, provide us with access to Quickbooks Online, and input company information.
As you transition from onboarding to ongoing use, the Client Portal keeps all communications in one accessible place, avoiding the clutter and confusion of scattered emails.
Of course, you can still communicate with us on other channels per the terms of your service tier, and our scheduled check-ins ensure that you have regular access to your Accounting Manager, maintaining clarity and control over your financial trajectory.
*The security of your data and financial information is paramount. Our client portal is SOC 2, Type 2 Certified.
